In both of these, confusion and fear are very evident, especially Barkley, especially when he is not only trying to save both, but also trying to bring himself to a level while defending himself with Quinn. Eventually, when we start to see what the cause of this chaos is, it becomes a definite “wow” moment. The creature design is great and once again, the special effects are spectacular. The tension arising from hunting really comes to a close by creating an occasional near end to the breathing thing.
For me, the story is wise, not according to the standards in the first two chapters. From time to time the effects, like tension, were perfect again, but mostly the coverage was wrong for me.
